I just went and had a little "girl date" with Megan, and we saw Letters To Juliet in the dollar theater!! Let me just tell you, that was such a cute movie!! Tiny bit cheesy, but aren't all love movies?(Okay, and maybe I cried a little bit toward the end.. so what?)
Awh, I want to make my own love story like that!!

I am in such a good mood. I have been all day, and this was just the perfect addition to my happiness! If you haven't seen that movie, please go see it!

Plus, the weather has been absolutely gorgeous lately!! It's 9:20pm and still 79 degrees outside! So here I am, on my "balcony" (if you can even call it that) in my tye die sweatshirt enjoying this perfection.

Oh Pizza Pie Cafe.. I love you

We just barley opened a restaurant in Highland, Utah, so I have been going up there to train all the newbies! Yesterday was their first day open and it was quite exciting! I prepped some of the salad in the Provo store, and then Megan and I went up there around 10 and set up all the food for the day and trained the kids when they got in around 4. We didn't end up leaving until 9!! I was working for 13 hours yesterday!! Phew!! I was EXHAUSTED to say the least. We went up and trained again from 9-6 today and it's actually pretty sweet!! All I have to do is show them what to do, and then watch them do it for the rest of the day, making sure they're doing it right and answering any questions they have. And I just stand there. Oh, and the best part about it.... I'M GETTING PAID $10 AN HOUR WHENEVER I'M UP IN HIGHLAND!! Found that out this morning! Best news ever!! Okay.. I lied.. That wasn't the best news. Here it is: I get to wear a blue PPC shirt, and on the back, wanna know what it says? "TRAINER- Teamwork is a bunch of people doing what I say!" FREAK YEAH!! Ever since I started working, back in October and I saw all the Idaho trainers wearing those shirts, and I've been hoping and waiting for the day that I got to wear one.. And my time has come (: I feel all legit and stuff.. It's sweet!

HOLY MOLEY!

I was incredibly productive yesterday, and it was quite strange. Neither Kaylee or myself really knew what to say about it. I cleaned my entire side of the room, and I really should have taken pictures because it was so disgustingly .. well, disgusting. With Kaylee going to Washington next week, she's moving all of her crap to Aunt Pat's until she gets back in the end of August. Under my bed were three boxes of both of our stuff that we obviously didn't need too desperately, since we hadn't even gotten the boxes out since we moved here last August. So I decided to take everything out from under my bed, sort it out (got rid of two boxes), moved my scrapbook boxes out from under my bed to be my night stand so that I have more room under there. Then Kaylee took all of my clothes out of her dresser, so all of the above, plus more, was on our floor. And yesterday was the day that I organized everything!! The only stuff on the the floor is Kay's crap, and CLOTHES THAT I'M GETTING RID OF! Miracle, huh Mom? Me giving away clothes? And quite a lot of them, too! Here's what it looks like right now, and once I get more on my walls, I'll take more pictures (: I also did ALL of my laundry, folded it and put it away, AND!!!! I registered for Math 1010 and Biology 1010 in the fall at UVU! Finally going back to school! The classes are from 5:00p-8:15p on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so not too bad! Plus, I heard Biology is going to kick my butt, which I'm not too excited about :/ But I'm just happy to be back in school! I just have to find a way to pay for it now?


And tonight.. BACKSTREET BOYS CONCERT!!!!! With Carly, Holly, Jori, and Megan!! I have the whole day off of work to prep for it (:

Julie & Julia

Seeing as I'm watching Julie & Julia right now, I would feel it quite inappropriate if I didn't write a blog post. I LOVE THIS MOVIE!! And I love Amy Adams (: She is just so cute.

Anyways, I'm quite proud of myself for finally finding something that I'm good at... SLACK LINING!! My good friend Reece Hopkins taught me how to slack line last year* and I quickly became addicted! Luckily, I have quite the amazing sister and she decided to get me my very own slack line for my birthday! I didn't learn how to set it up by myself until a few weeks ago, but I got Carly addicted, and now we go at least 3 times a week! And she even bought her own!! Anyways, with all of the practice, we're getting very good at it! And I'm realizing that I do better under pressure, when there's a whole group of strangers watching me!! Or when Carly records me!

Jealous much?!

As previously mentioned, I love The Bachelorette! And since it tricked me yesterday, I watched it today, and on one of the dates, they got to go on top of a roof of some huge building in New York AND JOSHUA RADIN WAS THERE TO PLAY FOR JUST THEM!!!!! I'M SO IN LOVE WITH HIM, IT'S NOT EVEN FUNNY!! So, if you're looking for some good music, go to pandora.com and make a station for Joshua Radin.. Oh, heaven.

Time to vent.

I'm kinda sad that I stopped blogging for such a long time. But alas, here I am (:

I just want to say, people need to stick to their word. Don't tell me you're going to do something, just to blow me off. If you say you're going to be ready at 8:30, I'm expecting you to be ready at 8:30. If you tell me we're going to hang out, that's what I'm looking forward to.

The Bachelorette: If you're going to decide to come on at 7 instead of 8 randomly, LET ME KNOW! Darn-it.

What an eventful -begining of summer- I've had (:

New roommates, new adventures, new (almost) brother-in-law. He only has 8 MONTHS LEFT!! Which yes, the past 16 months have gone by pretty fast, and most of you would say "HOLY CRAP!! THAT'S SO SOON THAT HE'S COMING HOME!" But let me just tell you.. IT CAN'T COME SOON ENOUGH!! He likes to say that I'm the trunkee-est person he's ever met.. haha but I'd rather it be me than him.

Jumping to another situation.. and yes it's okay that I'm doing this.. How do you get a boy to like you that seems to just look past you? And why the freak are there no guys in Provo that have enough balls to ask me out? (Pardon my language.) I'm quite sick of it. No, maybe we're not going to get married, but don't you even want to start to get to know me? Even a little bit? Am I honestly that weird that you won't even take a few hours to try and get to know me? ALSO, why the heck do guys here feel it appropriate to swear and watch rated R movies?!?!? Do they not realize that it's SUPER SUPER unattractive when they do said things?

It's 1:04am, and I have to be at work at 8:30.. can someone tell me why I'm awake right now? *I just remembered.. It's because I took a 3 and a half hour nap today... STUPID!*

I just watched Armored, and I heard it was going to be so intense and I probably shouldn't watch it alone. So I've had it for almost 2 weeks now (via Netflix) waiting for someone to watch it with me, and when that failed, I finally watched it by myself today. And, honestly, it wasn't even that good. Okay, that's a little harsh. It was good, I just think I was expecting more? And it was only an hour and a half long! So short!

AUGUST 16TH WILL BE 3 YEARS SINCE DAY 1 WITH HIM!!

I'm an avid watcher of the Bachelor / Bachelorette since last season with Jake, and it's on again tomorrow, AND I'M SO EXCITED!

Megan and I went to a Real Salt Lake game last week, and we had STELLAR seats!! 7 rows back, to the right, of one of the goals!! And soccer players are little babies. Entertaining to watch, but really, grow up and get up.

I'm all over the place with this post. All in all, I'm having the time of my life here in Provo. I'm so happy with how things are turning out, and how the future is going to get even better!

My life lately

I can't believe I haven't even said anything about my new laptop!! I've obviously been needing one for some time now, especially since I'm planning on going to school again this summer, and I don't want to keep borrowing Kaylee's! So I did my taxes and decided to use all of that money plus whatever else it took to get me one! And I decided that if I was going to spend a large amount on a laptop, I might as well get the best! So MacBook Pro it was! I got my taxes back on a Friday, and on Saturday we went to Salt Lake and bought it!! It ended up being close to $2000!!!! I know, expensive. Freaking expensive. I used to have a pretty decent savings, but not anymore! I'm BROKE!! STILL! But I love it! It's so cute, perfect size, AND IT'S MY OWN!! My very own!! So, here are some pictures!

I'm living the life!

I just need to brag about my awesomely amazing "fan-crappin-tastic"* day I had today!! Woke up at 7:50, got myself woken up for WATER AEROBICS with Megan Marapodi from 8:30-9:30. Came home, got a little bit ready, and went apartment decoration shopping with Kaylee at Tai Pan Trading, (while doing some apartment shopping, I also bought thee cutest purse in the world) put up the decorations, ate spaghetti and french bread while watching Wayne's World.. Fell asleep for like 20 minutes. Then I woke up and got ready, Megan came over and we went to the Timpanogos Temple, came home and showered (much needed) and then went to Megan's and watched Post Grad and While You Were Sleeping!!!! I LOVE THOSE MOVIES!! I have the most awesome people in my life!

I've forgotten..

I can't remember hardly anything anymore. It's been 11 months and 24 days since I've seen him, and I can't even remember what it feels like when he holds my hand, brushes my hair out of my face, kisses my forehead, or even just to have him sitting next to me in the Draper Temple, not being able to touch me because he was already set apart as a missionary. I can't remember it at all! It's as if he was just a dream.. AND I HATE THAT!! I spent so much time with him, and to have it all be so foreign to me absolutely breaks my heart. I'm trying to keep myself occupied to make time go by faster, but time just keeps on crawling. It's going to get better (: It will, I know it.. It just has to..

I'm sick, and it sucks.

There's nothing worse than waking up at 6:30am knowing you're about to throw up. And knowing there's nothing you can do to avoid it. I took the day off from work (good thing, cause I threw up 2 more times) and I've been laying in bed all night. I was able to watch some of the TV shows that I needed to get caught up on, but I'm sick of it now. And I really need to be sleeping right now, but blogging just sounded so much better? I'm not going into work tomorrow, but hopefully I'll be able to re-coop and get myself together for Friday so that I'll at least get 2 days of work in this week! Jeeze Louise! Your prayers wouldn't hurt... Well, Franklin and I are calling it a day. Hopefully I can sleep better than I have been all day.

Hmm..

I'm feeling very inspired right now.. to cook, to create, to write a blog post.. so many things!! I think it's because I just watched Julie&Julia again tonight with Holly and Kaylee.. That is such a good movie!! Unfortunately, Kaylee is not going to let me stay on the computer very long, because she's tired and wants to fall asleep to a movie. Speaking of computers though, I have decided that it's about time that I look into buying a laptop of my own (: So keep your eyes open for any good deals for me!

December21?

I can't believe it's already the 21st of December. Where has the time gone?! I'm so excited to be going home in 1 and a half days!!! Being in Washington for Thanksgiving AND Christmas this year.. man, I'm lucky (: And at 11:00 on Christmas day, I GET TO TALK TO JONATHAN!!!!!!!! And he sent my Christmas package there, so I get to open that when I'm there too!! This trip will be so much fun, I CAN'T WAIT!!!

What!? Is this a new post!??!?!!!??

Why yes.. yes it is!! And honestly.. nothing had really happened in the past two and a half months.. other than just working 8 to 4 every day at good ol' Pizza Pie Cafe! And I love it!! I'm always doing something, and I absolutely LOVE everyone that I work with!!

Also, JONATHAN HAS ALREADY BEEN OUT FOR 10 MONTHS TODAY!!! TEN FREAKING MONTHS!!!!! I can't believe how fast it's gone so far! I sent out his Christmas/birthday package yesterday, and the mail lady told me that he should get it by this weekend or Monday at the latest!! I'm so excited!!

Going along with that, Jon told me that all he wants for Christmas is a tie, and a lot of pictures of me! So I decided to go downtown Provo and take some pictures!! So I'll share a few when I get them from Lindsey (:

Tomorrow is Saturday, and I get to sleep in cause I don't have to be at work until 10:30 (: Life is just great!

I HAVE A NEW JOB!!

(Loooong post about how I got the job and so forth)

I work at a place called Pizza Pie Cafe which is a buffet type restaurant with salad, pizza and pasta. I am the cutie behind the pasta bar!! It's a full time job (but only paying minimum :/ but it's better than nothing!) and it's fun so far!! How I got the job was actually pretty awesome! I took the day off yesterday from Synergy because on Sunday night I was not feeling well at all! Thought I had a fever, and all my bones were in pain. So I slept in until 10:45am when I get a phone call from someone I didn't know. I answer, and they ask if I want to come in for an interview at either 11:30 or sometime after 2. So I said 11:30 would be great, and I jumped out of bed and got ready super fast. Didn't eat breakfast cause I didn't think the interview would take too long. So I get in my car and drive for 1&1/2 minutes, then get out (yeah, it's that close to my apartment!!) I walk in and start talking to the girls while I was waiting for the manager to come out, and they told me that if I was able to work all the time (which I am) that I should just suck up like crazy!! ((P.S. this is the place that I had to write a poem about myself, on the back of the application.. I'll put it at the end of this post)) So he comes out and we sit down and start talking, and he's asking me a few of the normal questions, and he was looking at my application, and when he got down to the part where it asks for previous experience I wrote "I have worked in customer service (blah blah) and I love to eat pizza!" So he was like "Oh, you like pizza? Alright, HIRED!!.. Alright, anyways.." and got back to the interview. Then he offered me a part time busing job, and I was so excited! He asked when I'd be able to start and I told him "right now!" So he told me to go buy some shoes, put jeans on and come right back! Then I asked how many hours that would be a week, and then he said "well.. are you looking for a full time job?" (Sure! Whatever you have!) "Alright.. well, we have a pasta and sauce maker position available.. do you think you'd be able to do that?" (Sure! As long as someone teaches me how!!) "Okay.. go buy some shoes really fast, and come right back. Is that alright with you? Are you willing to work today?" (OF COURSE!!!) So I did just that!! My first interview from turning in around 30 applications, and I got the job right away!!!! Ah, I love it. And I'm learning very quickly, if I do say so myself!! I basically just served pasta yesterday, and learned a FREAKING TON here and there.. Then this morning I made the pasta, and sort of saw how to make the sauces, and I learned a lot more today!! (As well as making a huuuge pond of water in the back room!! Whoops!! :) And I'm pretty sure I get to learn exactly how to make the sauces tomorrow!! It keeps me very busy, and I love it, but when I get home, everything from my hips down, KILLLSSS like crazy!! But it's alright!! Worth it! Anyways, enough is enough.
